The location it offers is particularly good and unbeatable, right by Luton airport in the early hours as well as football ground. Staff is efficient and excellent and you can park your car on-site.
Nothing to dislike.

I really liked the room - it has plenty of space. The bathroom is also quite big compared to other similar hotels which was a pleasant surprise. It is quite close to Luton airport - just over 5 miles away which is one of the main reasons why I chose this hotel to begin with.
The main thing that I DIDN't like - I had a lot of luggage and lift was broken - hotel manager advised me to use stairs - this was really annoying after my long flight from la. I can only imagine how difficult it would have been for a lady if she was travelling with other girls or alone. In the morning, when we were leaving, lift was still not working - it appears, that it has been broken forever...The last thing you want at 4 am is to carry all the pieces of luggage and sweating after just having a shower.

A Hotel run by Asians in an Asian area Used by airline passengers and contractors. The room was very clean and the bed really comfortable. I had read reviews before booking and have used other hotels in the area and I have to say that yes, the hotel is in a scruffy area of Luton, but the room was well equipped and staff were very helpful. We stayed on the second floor where wireless internet was not available. When I asked for the access code, night staff told me that I could borrow an ethernet cable and it was fine. There was an issue with the shower as the mixer valve was faulty, but I mentioned it to the manager and when we returned to our room, it had been repaired. There is a large secure parking area and the buffet breakfast was of a good quality. All the staff were very helpful and interested in making our stay comfortable. I have stayed at many hotels over the years, but it's a pity that most don't come up to this one for service and that's a shame on us Brits.
Having a cold shower. There is no lift, but I've got feet that work.

The dinner and breakfast (not in the price) was good. The room was clean and had everything needed for a pleasant night's stay. The bath allowed a relaxing recovery after a long day!
The hotel was very difficult to find using the map on Booked.net. I drove around for 30 minutes. The hotel is not where the map indicates but at the end of Campbell St which is reached by circuitous one-way streets from the main road.

The beds are fantastic, comfortable slept like a top. Bed linen was very good quality white and soft. Big shower and showerhead, large flatscreen tv. Good breakfast included in our price. The hotel is in a seedy looking part of town, that said we walked out for about 20 mins and had no problems. It appears, from the dining room, a very popular hotel for the work away from home people. Sylvia, the waitress, could not have been more helpful it say's on the menu if you do not like the choices they will try to get you something else I was feeling unwell and asked if I could have just toast, for supper, and it was no problem my husband enjoyed his supper. It was an £11 taxi ride from the airport, we were stuck in traffic 6pm week night! But then anywhere in Luton is a taxi ride to the Airport even the so called airport hotels. We would stay again.
